Tex Mex Goat Cheese Appetizer

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Goat Cheese
  • Olive Oil
  • Chopped Garlic
  • Railean "El Perico" Blue Agave
  • Dash of Salt
  • Crushed dried Chilis
  • Fresh Herbs

Directions

  1. 8 oz cream cheese (softened)

    5 oz goat cheese

    2 tsp olive oil

    1 tbs chopped garlic

    1 tbs Railean "El Perico" Blue Agave

    Dash of salt

    ΒΌ tsp crushed dried chilis

    Garnish: minced fresh herbs (basil, oregano, sage), cumin seeds, crushed tortilla chips

    In medium bowl blend the cheeses, olive oil, garlic, Railean Blue Agave, salt and chili with an electric mixer; cover and refrigerate overnight. Roll into small balls or one large cheese ball. Chill until ready to serve, just before serving, roll the cheese ball into your garnish of choice. Serve with tortilla chips, chopped & mixed vegetables, or toasts.
